“I have been coming to New Hi-Lites Hair Factory for many years. I can't believe I never shared a review, but I wanted to give a shout out to the salon for their great work and environment they provide. I always call ahead and ask if they are busy because I can never commit to appointments. I do walkins and when they tell me that they are able to take me in I never wait more than 15 minutes for them to start on my hair. Now to my hair; I have long, dry, curly and frizzy hair. It also colored. When I leave my hair is always smooth, and silky. Just went in this weekend to change up my look and again I am super happy with my results. This is after 2 days after washing. Please see pictures. I have gotten haircuts and they never cut more than you tell them. I have gotten keratin treatments and have died my hair. Not only they have great services they are super affordable! Some hairstylists these days charge an arm and a leg. I love New Hi Lites. Definitely will recommend.“

“Agnes/Rachael has been cutting my hair since I first moved to Hacienda Heights in 2004! She was first working at a place near Vons on Hacienda & Newton but now she has her own place (Bona Hair Click)! I was so excited when she opened her new place. I usually just get my haircut here! (My Mom gets her hair dyed & cut & my dad gets his hair cut her too!) I consider her very versatile. It's best to show her a photo of what you want! But you're in good hands, Agnes definitely knows what she's doing! She makes hair cutting look effortless! I recently got my hair cut and colored for the first time with her! I showed her a photo and she gave me exactly the color I wanted! I love my new hair! Maybe even better! A plus too is that she has great hospitality. She stores any bags or purses behind her desk in cubbies. She washes your hair, blow drys it, & styles it!
