I took my elderly mother there to address severe hearing issues associated with dementia and old age. I found the staff there is excellent! They are very courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She received custom hearing aids which have significantly improved her quality of life. I highly recommend this office!

I came to Audiology of Marin as a referral from a friend. I found their office to be fast, efficient and professional. I came because I am starting to have a hard time hearing. I found their testing to very easy, after they sat me down and explained my results. Someone who is in sales myself I didn't feel pressured to buy hearing aides. Hearing aides are an investment and need to feel comfortable. I wanted to make sure it had all the features I needed to help me with my daily tasks. The prior reviews I feel don't seem to reflect my experience and I'm giving them 5 stars for their professionalism, kindness and how they handled the whole process.

You owe yourself a visit to Audiology Services of Marin. I have experienced hearing problems for the last number of years and have been examined, tested and diagnosed by several professional organizations. That, in itself, tells you everything. After being referred by my ENT I made an appointment with ASoM and expected the same "treatment" (both professionally and emotionally) by these folks. Boy, WAS I WRONG! My session lasted about 45 minutes and the instructions were clear, precise and professional. Not once, during my examination did I feel pitched, exposed or pressured into purchasing ANYTHING. The audiologist was incredibly well informed and well structured during my entire evaluation. She took the time to explain what each test was designed to diagnose as well as the results of each test. Within a week I received, by mail, a comprehensive evaluation of my visit. I scheduled a follow up appointment and was, once again, amazed! Yes, the "quality of life" can be improved in some people with the purchase of hearing devices and I left there with a total understanding of my hearing condition. They took into account my financial situation and NEVER pressured me into a purchase. Not ever a suggestion! They were even willing to lend me some "demo" units so that I could experience how my hearing loss could be altered in my day to day living. Throughout my entire experience with Audiology Services of Marin I felt that I was treated with respect, understanding and (most of all) compassion. I haven't spent a nickel out of my own pocket and continue to receive incredible audiology care and treatment. I believe that this organization treats hearing maladies above, and well beyond, the sale of devices. Not one email, snail mail or unwanted contact was ever received by my since my initial visit. Thank you for your continued professionalism and respect for your clients. I am sure that your business will continue thrive based on your attitude towards your profession.
