Dr Tam is a perfectly fine doctor, but the medical office staff are intolerably slow, inefficient, and even rude. I had to fire him and get a different doctor because they were so consistently hard to deal with.

We went here twice for my son's allergies. The second time we had him tested for food allergies. Dr. Strub was decidedly unhelpful. When we had questions about what the causes of his allergies may be, she simply responded with comments like, "Look at the sheet I gave you at the last visit." The kicker was when she suggested we limit his milk intake, which she mentioned we had talked about during his first visit. I said that the nurse said they tested for it during this visit and it was negative. I asked if it would help anything. She chuckled and said, "No, but do it if it makes you feel better." I'm appalled at this flippancy and lack of professionalism, and knowledge on Dr. Strub's part. It's as if she wasn't even trying to be helpful. We certainly won't be going back.

I have been remiss in not updating my review. I did Yelp about a negative experience I had one day but everyone has an off day and overall I have to admit I have had quality healthcare from Dr Tam. I think I've been a patient w him for at least 20 years. I've moved from the county and I still drive the bridge to continue to see him. I find him to be intelligent, attentive, ask questions and try to get to the root of whatever is causing the symptoms of my allergies, and managing my asthma.
