“I have been going to Fitnello for two years now and I couldn't love it more! Fitnello is unique in that the classes are strength training based, focusing on different muscle groups each day (e.g., glutes, shoulders/triceps, back/biceps, quads/hamstrings) which allows you to make progress and see RESULTS and avoid injury. Elina (the owner), Angelina and Moira are always there to help encourage you and use correct form. Fitnello also offers nutritional guidance and I am so thankful for everything they have taught me in regards to following a meal plan. I will be a member for life!“

“This has been by far the best experience I’ve ever had working out. David not only makes it enjoyable, but he pushes me to be the best version of myself every time I train with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always answering any questions I have about the workouts that we do, along with ensuring that I’m doing the workouts correctly (most trainers could care less, but not David!). Not only does he know what he’s doing, but he is by far one of the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The overall experience has been amazing, and I’ve seen big improvements in myself since I’ve started going. “I would have to say after at least 2 months using Body Concepts in Folsom that Jessie is a TOP NOTCH Physical Therapist. There is no end to the care and hands on options that she uses to try to alleviate pain in my replaced hip area and the surrounding area. Hands on deep massage and manipulation with a great feel for where the pain is starting and where it is going and adding strengthening work with some home exercises but mostly hands on work. I had my hip replacement in January of 2021 with constant pain since and limited range of motion and then an Arthroscopic surgery in February of this year to take out some scar tissue and loosen up a hip flexor. I have tried 5 other Physical Therapy locations in Folsom, CA and NONE match the capabilities, care and understand and work that Jessie does at Body Concepts. Now I know you might rush out to contact them but please do not take my 7:20 am Slot- But in reality- maybe in a couple of months, I will not need this anymore ( yes mine is that serious of a problem).“

“I met both Dan & Matt at the CIM race convention. Dan helped stretch me out in 2022 and gave me some very helpful tips. Dan was super cool and patient. This past CIM in 2023 I had Matt and I told him about my chronic low back pain stemming from my pelvis. He assessed me and told me that it was most likely due to the way I sleep. He gave me a stretch routine and it has seriously been LIFE CHANGING! I do this stretch every morning before getting out of bed and it has eased all of my daily pain.
