“Davidson’s is an awesome company to work with. They repaired our old inefficient A/C unit until we decided we needed to replace & upgrade. That was 7 years ago, we have no complaints and Davidson’s quote was several thousand less than the company that also quoted us (through Costco).
My father recently (June 2024) replaced his AC -a rooftop unit that required a crane for installation. He also paid several thousand less than a very well regarded AC company that also made a bid on the work.Three of my friends have replaced their units using Davidson’s also. “Jason w/HVAC Home Services should be a PREMIER vendor for FNHW (Fidelity National Home Warranty)! He was sent by my home warrant after two other companies were sent. First company "repaired" one of my units, then claimed there was an electrical issue, so warranty sent me an electrician, who claimed the issue was with the "HVAC". After I had (4) technicians, all sent by the warranty company, whom each blamed the other. Jasons' company was selected/sent. He not only troubleshot and fixed an electrical situation that had been there since before we bought the home, 4 years ago. He took the time to fix that issue and then checked my unit that had not been worked on. He made the necessary repairs and we thought all was good. A day goes by, we didn't feel the first unit (the one he had not serviced because the other company said it was fixed and needed electrical to it) was cooling the upstairs. I call the warranty, specifically ask that they not send me the first company and asked for HVAC Home Services to be sent back out. Jason shows up, takes a look, confirms the first company had wired the parts they replaced incorrectly! He takes his time, made the necessary fix and now we have AC upstairs again, like new! As a mom of three teens, have almost 80 yrd old parents living with us, I whole heartedly appreciate his customer service but more so, care in getting us up and working. He could have done the same as all the others and just blamed the next or prior, but instead he did the right thing, did all the necessary troubleshooting and made the fix! So appreciative of that!“

In spite of some initial attempt at up charging for the job, he finally came back to earth and was very helpful finding a cost effective solution for us. I guess you can't blame them for trying on the upcharging since it is how they make their money? I don't appreciate that practice since it is in essence trying to take advantage of people but when we explained our situation, he became more reasonable with his pricing and so far the heater works fine again with a 1 year warranty.“

“I currently have an older heating system, a hydronic heater, built in 1997. My professional, Paul, responded to my rental property and contacted my tenant. I never met Paul in person, but he was very communicative and called and texted me while he was there, as well as informing my tenant the issues. “Our shower backed up and overflowed on the floor. I called Sears Home Warranty and was immediately given the name of Gennaro Plumbing. After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything.
