“We had to replace our patio door and after a long search for a contractor and reviewing customer comments of many different companies, we chose American Delux Windows and Doors for this project. If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! From the first contact with Ark he was quick to respond to all our questions, he was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and professional. Everything he promised was performed flawlessly and ahead of time. The price was reasonable and fair. The installation team under Guillermo's supervision was extremely professional and efficient. After they finished the installation, they left the area spotless. “I initially reached out to Progressive as I was interested in replacing the last 2 windows and 2 sliding doors in my house that the previous owner did not get done and I wanted Amerimax as thats what I put in my last house, I was happy with them, and Amerimax had them listed as a supplier on their website.Well, in a turn of events, they are actually the company who had done all the previous windows and doors in the house for the last owner, so I was able to find out what brand/quality was installed. They no longer carry Amerimax due to a decline in quality, and steered me towards Milgard as a good alt option. Anyways, 2 of my 4 units required some customization as I did not want the standard. They listened to me and built out exactly what I wanted. The order arrived almost a month earlier than anticipated and they were able to schedule install for the next day after arrival.The install guys were great, took their time, and made sure everything was level and working properly. I highly recommend stopping in here and having them quote out your next window or door project, they'll listen and actually come up with what you want.“

“I found this business online and contacted them to replace a broken glass in the bedroom window. The gentleman that I spoke with , I think his name was Richard, told me he is the owner and his crew are booked for over 2 weeks but he was nice enough to squeeze me in 2 days and he said he will do the job himself. I sent him a picture of the window and he texted me a quote for the price. I had also called one other business before and his price was much more reasonable. I felt he was very honest with me. So I made an appointment for 2 days later. Today he sent another guy instead of himself and this gentleman was also very polite and professional. He had brought a helper and between the 2 of them they replaced the broken glass in no time (less than an hour) he also told me that there were a couple of screws missing on the window and he replaced them. So to make the story short I was very impressed with the professionalism at this company, how quickly they fixed my window and the fair price they gave me. I will recommend this company in a heartbeat.“

Yoni replied to my multiple (17) emails within a day or 2 over a period of 2 months. I am very detailed oriented so I made sure the estimate details were all correct to make the final order. “We had our house texcoted by CA Energy Contractors about 15 years ago. Most of the texcote on our house has held up pretty well all these years with the exception of a few spots where the house and the ground meet. Alex from the company informed us that something called efflorescence was coming through the stucco and was causing the texcote to bubble in these areas. Alex kindly let us know that there would be no charge to fix these areas, since we are good customers of theirs. He was also able to send a piece of the texcote coming off to his lab to prepare a texcote paint that color matched the area that needed repair. “I don't understand some of the other lower star reviews, however, my experience with Exodus was excellent. Exodus exceeded my expectations. I was recommended by a friend to use them, he knows the owner Scott and the doors they installed for him looks great and has performed well over the years. Since I was in the middle of a huge remodel endeavor, I had Exodus give me a bid for my rear doors. I took out 3 small doors out and installed one Milgard Essence double door. It was imperative that I had one of the best quality doors out there (see the pictures below why the quality had to be top notch) to match the quality and look of my remodel. Well, the price was more than fair and the quality was excellent!! Well done Scott. They are now bidding the rest of my other doors in my home. I'll keep you posted on the remaining doors.“
