“This was my 1st visit to Mission Family Optometry and it was better than what I had expected. I was greeted and acknowledged as soon as I entered :) Staff member explained to me what we would be doing today, she informed me of what my insurance covered and also of my co-pays , she made everything (in financial perspective) very clear and i felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment. Dr.H is amazing. I am very happy with the way he treated me. He was very professional and personable. He didn't just start doing the eye exam right away; he listened to the reason of why i was there and what I wanted to gain from this visit. Overall I feel extremely happy w/ Dr.H and his staff.
