“I used Good Life Construction to remodel my mother-in-law's bathroom. We needed to convert a tub shower combo to a walk-in-shower. We needed a small lip and wanted the shower to be widened. Our goal was to get this done within the next month and at a low cost so that she could continue to care for herself since she is in her 80's and was no longer able to get in the tub easily. We took several bids but Good Life Co Rep (Serge) came out and seemed to listen to what we wanted and needed. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their bid was competitive and one of the cheaper ones but I felt like I was going to be taken care of by a good team. Serge and the admin team were very communicative by email and we scheduled the work in a timely manner. The work took 3 days and was exactly what we needed. The crews were clean and nice. The put the grab bars exactly as we specified and wanted the adjustable shower head for later when we have to add a shower chair. Overall, a great experience at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to my friends. I've attached a before and after pic. The after shows the quality work done prior to putting up the shower curtain.“

“We had George and his crew repair and paint the exterior of our house. They all were very professional, and we enjoyed working with them. George went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. George has great communication skills. Each day he walked us through what was being done that day and how far they were with the work. George verified every detail I wanted and when I needed help due to being indecisive, he was patient with me and offered suggestions when I asked. “July of 2024 I had Solid Construction do a full gut and remodel of my master bath. The entire experience was excellent from the sales coordinator Mike, to the crew manager Misha to one of the main craftsmen Serge. The work was meticulous, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the end product. I had designed the new footprint and was able to pick out all of my fixtures. They have a large showroom with a vast selection of cabinets, flooring and tile. When I did not find my "perfect" shower tile in what they had on hand, I was able to find what I wanted myself and it did not change the price quoted. Although Solid Construction contracted out to have the custom vanity built, they make sure the companies they partner with are of the same high caliber. My vanity and side cabinet came out exactly as I had requested all the way down to specific pull outs.

“Highly recommend NRG Pros! Had a tile roof leak from inside the garage. They sent Sam out the next day. NRG was the 2nd estimate received. The 1st estimate company from another roof contractor was way too high, and they ended up estimating the cost to repair would have been 3 times what NRG quoted. I won't mention the name of the other company, but I will say, do your due diligence when looking for a roof repair contractor on Yelp. The 1st company gave me an estimate without lifting a tile. Sam, from NRG Pros lifted tiles and showed me pictures, and pointed out the problem. I also received a fair and honest estimate which saved $thousand's, from what the other company wanted. Go with NRG for roof repairs, and if you don't, make sure you get your money's worth. I am a landlord and own a few properties. I am keeping NRG contact information for all my future roofing needs.“

“Before embarking on our bathroom remodel project (replacing tub with a shower stall), I asked around and did some research. It was a busy time for contractors - some wouldn't even give us a bid. After a few calls, we found three who were willing to talk with us and give us a bid for our job.I must say that I was a bit skeptical initially of just how glowing the reviews were for Bradley Builders. Having been through remodels and heard the remodel horror stories of others, it seems that things rarely go that smoothly. But from the very beginning to the very end, it was truly a pleasure to work with the Bradley Builders team. During our initial consultation with JT, he made several recommendations about details of our project that told me he understood what we needed. He was honest about explaining the timeline in terms of how long things would likely take before they were able to start the project. Note - they don't do the design, but have suggestions on designers they have worked with, if you need.While their bid was higher than the other two we received, it was more detailed and we felt was a more honest representation of what we would end up paying for the project. The other two bids were more vague in areas, making it harder to know what things would cost when we actually got started on the project.They were communicative throughout the project. They provided an accurate timeline that had some buffers in it (i.e., they weren't scheduled to be there every day), so that if a particular individual wasn't available on the originally scheduled day, it didn't throw off the entire project schedule. KC, Lowell and all of the subcontractors on the job were good to work with. They were happy to answer our questions and did very good work. We had one small issue with the accent tile (caused by the manufacturer, not the installer). JT paid for an extra tile cleaner to come out and see if they could fix the issue, which they were able to do. We appreciate this extra step to help us resolve an issue that wasn't their fault. So as skeptical as I was in the beginning, now I understand why the reviews for Bradley Builders were so glowing... and have now written one of my own. :-)“

“My wife and I were very happy with the siding/painting work done by All Sides Home Improvement. They replaced several areas of T1-11 siding as well as painted the exterior of the house. The owner, Ruslan, was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and Sergey (siding) and Edward (painting) were very skilled and detail oriented. “We recently completed a downstairs remodel with Designing Dreams, and I am happy to say they exceeded our expectations! I had a very specific idea of what I was looking for and their team went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. I felt like we were all in it together as a team to get to the end goal. The few situations that came up (there are always situations), they took responsibility for and were quickly remedied. Their standards are high, so they even saw things that didn't look right and fixed them without me even knowing. Their staff all work for Designing Dreams so I always got the feeling that they were like a big family. “We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.“
