Prompt responses from this business owner, outstanding job done every time. We needed water heater looked at on a weekend, around holidays, he showed up shortly after our conversation was over. Conditioner acted up during summer, he fixed it by the end of the day.Professional, honest, easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend, 10/10!

I had been dealing with another vendor for 3 weeks. That vendor called Nor Cal Construction Heat & Air. Victor arrived early in the promised arrival time. He listened to my description of the problem. He went on the roof and made an assessment. He then made some phone calls & left. In a very short time he returned with a part that he installed. He did a series of operational tests. Showed me pictures of his work on the roof and he was done. He did all this in 3 hours! On a Saturday!!! The A/C fan is working properly again. NorCal construction helped me out on multiple occasions. Every time the service was on point and did not require a repeat visit. This company is my go to for any repairs or a new unit installation. Both prices and quality of service is outstanding.
