“Home Instead was a true blessing in helping me take care of my 92 year old grandfather who was afflicted with dementia. Even when he was being difficult to manage, their caregivers were so patient and understanding of his many needs. They were especially a huge help with incontinence care, and having someone trustworthy to leave him with so I could leave the house was amazing. Caregivers like Rashmi and Angie to name just a couple were outstanding caregivers and true professionals. Everyone who worked at the office was incredibly patient and helpful as well. The manager and two caregivers were all very professional, empathetic and caring in working with the family. The needs of our father, and ourselves, were carefully responded to with great efficiency. “Hospital case worker arranged for a transfer chair from SuperCare Health. The office called for final info and to inform of small co-payment and could hear mom loudly expressing her unhappiness in the background of our call. The office called their dispatch and was able to move up our hospital bedside delivery to later the same day. The very polite delivery driver introduced himself and showed me all details of the chair efficiently. This bedside service was so awesome, we felt like the only customer.
