“The reason I giving them 2 star is because the orders are longer than they say , on October last year we order a glasses for my wife and my son , my son got his in about 7 months, and my wife still waiting for it that’s no fair because the price are very high and wait the long is just disappointed.“

“I have purchased 5 different pairs of glasses from Dr. Tran over the past 5 or 6 years. She is an excellent diagnostician and all the glasses have been the highest quality (much improved over the glasses I got online and/or through a certain "club members" only warehouse store.) I acknowledge that Dr. Tran is chatty and carries on a lot of conversation. I, personally, would rather have someone engage with me than be silent and treat me like I'm a non-entity with a credit card. She has always worked to accomodate the changes in my insurance (thanks employer) and tried to get me the best deal. Good glasses are expensive and the price companies charge for frames is piracy but she tries to work with me and my family. I appreciate that.“
