Dr. Shen is trustworthy. I am not a shill, I am his former client. He helped me to take care of my health. We have gone from being unable to conceive to having two children. If you are looking for hard to find imported Chinese teas , tinctures or herbs this place is the spot. The doctor is in every day that they are open, and he is available for a consultation or other services. At first I actually came here with the impression that the herbs are available for preventative measures but it's basically for ailments. A consultation plus a seven day supply of herbs is about $130 so it is not cheap. However, if you actually do your homework on the different herbs you can find them all here. A family member recommended this alternative medicine store/clinic to me and I came in for a consultation to see the herbalist doctor. He felt my pulse, looked at my tongue and asked me what my symptoms were. Then he prescribed an herbal formula and instructed me to boil the herbs and drink like tea. After I drank the herbal tea and after a week, I felt my symptoms improve. I recommend anyone who is interested in traditional Chinese medicine to look into this store/clinic and do a consultation with Dr. Shen.
