If someone doesn't experience back pain won't be understanding how painful and uncomfortable. I couldn't walk right, every position was uncomfortable can't band, even couldn't put my socks or shoes on myself. I did 3times per week spine Mat which decompress my spine little by little, acupuncture, electrical stimulation and laser. Dr. Hong is amazing. I'm able to go back to work now. I strongly recommend who has disc flare up with no surgical candidate suffering pain and problems in daily life. Thank you so much Dr.Hong

I've been dealing with lower back injuries from lifting weight for about 10+ years. Went to all different chiropractors in the southbay (El Segundo and Torrance) and will say the amount attention, education, and overall quality of care that I received at Hong's by Dr. Nguyen was really great. I cannot say enough. This place is amazing. I walked in crying with intense pain and I walked out with a smile on my face. I know I will need more than one visit but it's worth every penny. The acupuncturist is also very knowledgeable and very good at what he does.
