“V & J Stairs did an excellent job installing a new railing in our townhouse. Andy was prompt with coming to check out our setup, and was clearly an expert. He asked if there was any spare flooring that he could use to match the stain of the bannister, and when we weren't sure as we had recently moved in, he suggested there might be some spares in the garage - which there were.During the construction day, he and his team did an excellent job assembling it. There were some mid-day changes, as they reconsidered how to handle the old metal rail, and eventually used it as the skeleton for the new. It looks great, and will be much safer for little kids than our old rail with the bottom gap.Very happy with their work - would gladly recommend to anyone.“
