“This review is for a job done a year ago - just realized that I never wrote a review. I was in the market for a roofer and Ray's team was doing a job at the neighborhood. I liked his work and so called him for a quote. His price was very competitive (including permit/ inspection fees) and he came to our home and explained the entire process. He also mentioned about the potential hidden costs etc.The day of the demolition, his crew came over and was able to tear down my old roof (two layers) without much issue. They did try to do a clean job; they vacuumed etc. but reasonably speaking - it was a little messy and expected.The actual roofing work was very nicely done and the crew explained to me how it was done compared to the other roofs in the neighborhood. I was very impressed with the final job. The demo crew damaged the camera mount of my security cam but Ray fixed it later on.Also, (since he was going for a vacation); Ray didn't come to me for the payment until 10 days after the actual work was done. Yes, unlike all the other roofers I spoke with - Ray was the only one who said that he wouldn't take any advanced payment for the job (yes, zero!). I believe that shows the kind of person he is and how he owns the work he does. I might have gotten another roofer with $500 - $1000 less but the peace of mind I got with Ray's team was priceless!“

“Rene came out in Feb to do an estimate. His proposal and communication were what ultimately sealed the deal. There was a delay in getting the roof done but given all the rain we had, it was understandable. Our roof was finally completed, and it was the compliments from the neighbors that confirmed I made the right choice. Our neighbors said they were very professional, cleaned up their mess, and overall did a good job. I agree. The roof looks great and they did identify several spots with damaged wood which corresponds to the areas where we were having leaks. Happy I chose Jordan and would highly l recommend. They will probably be busy catching up on their projects, but have patience and they will do a good job.“
