GOOD PEOPLE!!! - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Back in 2019 when I needed my window screen repaired I stumbled on Benson's and they came and installed it for me for free! Although I thought I would call them if I needed a repair in the future, I didn't actually think I would ever need any window repairs.Well, I ended up needing my sliding glass door repaired. I called Bensons and they were ready to come out that day! Other companies do not repair sliding glass doors, they only do entire replacements. The problem with the door was very complicated and I wasn't sure if it could be salvaged. But, they did it and saved me money and additional stress. Very kind, hardworking and honest people. I highly recommend using this company for any & all screen & glass repairs. At this point they've got a lifetime customer in me.

Gary Benson proved to me that not all business owners are greedy. I was having problems with my patio door/screen slider. I got onto the Yellow Pages website and called. Gary came out and fixed it. I asked him what the charge was and he said "This one's on me"I was pleasantly shocked. Any other would have told me that I needed a whole new screen or something. I will definitely call him in the future.
