J&J Heating treated me like I was family. They cared about getting my hearing issue up and running. They troubleshoot the problem and the next morning had the motor installed and my heat back on. A BIG shout out to the whole organization for taking such good care of it's clients.

J & J was great! I had reached out to them because I was having an issue with my heater that I could not diagnose by myself. Their associate Justin Long arrived promptly at the time scheduled, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I was then issued a pricing quote which I believed was fair; from there Justin obtained the necessary parts for repair. After the heater was fixed, he stayed to test and made sure everything was running correctly. He also answered all of my questions regarding maintenance, and also spoke about J & J's HVAC maintenance services which I also signed up for. J&J have amazing service technicians and very professional mannerisms. They worked with us to sort out or heater issues, our home is older and our duct work was basically dissolving. They worked with us to come out and replace our duct work and coil on our heat pump. While doing the duct work replacement the installers were very friendly and even made my 6 year old happy by answering his questions. I highly recommend J&J heating and air for all your hvac needs in the years we have used them They have always stood by their work and been very accommodating and fair in pricing. Will absolutely continue using them for our home.
