“I love the low heat option here. In my experience most studios either have no heat or very high heat. The 80-85 degree option is so relaxing --still a little cardio stimulating but without the stress I feel in the 95-105 options of a lot of studios. They offer no heat and high heat classes too so something for everyone. Super nice folks work here too. They all challenge and encourage you and help you trust your choices.“
