I've been going to this place going 2 years now and I love the atmosphere here. Kathryn, Traci, Jhona and Abby are the best in what they do. Since doing Pilates my aches and pains are gone and the toning of muscles are just a bonus. Thank you ladies

I had an overall good experience, the previous reviews made me a little nervous. They do bring out a sales team at the end of the intro class who try to get you to sign up. They don't mention anything about the 3 month commitment, but I knew to be aware thanks to the comments. I asked for a flier and at the bottom in small letters it does mention a 3 month commitment.

Pilates helps a range of low to high impact strength and flexibility which brings me better physical and mental health. Aside from the encouragement and helpfulness the instructors generously provide, I return almost religiously because I appreciate how friendly and attentive the staff is here. And tonight's class with Abby was wonderfully refreshing.
