“My son wanted a park to go to throw a ball around. This park was perfect with large areas of green grass with hardly a chance of a ball going in the street. Has a great play structure and lots of trees around the edges for shade and seemed to be in a safe neighborhood. Dog friendly as well. I would definitely recommend.“
“I've been working with Sam at Iron bird Fitness for 8 months after I hit a plateau on my weight loss. We focus on body weight exercise, bio mechanics and resistance training. In that time my vitals have improved to the point that my primary physician has complimented me and inquired about my success. Every time I see Sam he remarks on my progress and how much stronger I'm getting. Although i feel stronger and am able to complete demanding tasks easier and pain free I didn't really believe him. Yesterday he sat me down and took measurements that made me recognize the progress. I've changed my body fat percentage by 8 percent along with dropping my overall body weight by 3 percent on top of what i had lost before starting. The changes we've made and the way I'm exercising is not only sustainable and challenging but enjoyable. His business is transitioning from a space in the tower district to a facility on Shaw and Blackstone and while I had initial reservations about the change I see them as positive and I'm supportive of the direction he and his team are moving.
