I had an appointment today by phone due to covid. At 930AM !! It is 4:32pm and still nothing . I called at 2pm and they said they were busy. And running behind . Cool whatever. But I also been charged for having to miss an appointment . So what happens when u guys miss yours? Nothing .. ?? How is that even ok. I think I'ma report them .

I have been going to this clinic for a year now they have helped me with my meds properly some appointments are short some are longer but that's because they care recently I've had some bad health and due to my sleep apnea need a new machine ended in the hospital no fault to this facility hospital put me on a machine and I felt good had follow up with Dr Ash her staff is amazing very nice Anna she's in charge of referrals she helped me get New machine CPAP and I slept really good haven't slept like that in a very long long time Thank You to all the Staff at Shaw Walk-In Medical Center from the Grimaldo Family ♥️
