I was in and out pretty fast. I called and they directed me to their website to fill out the forms before I came in. People were seen in a timely fashion and the staff was helpful and friendly. The doctor listened to my concerns and made sure to answer any questions I had.

Dr. Kerr was amazing with my one year old, so friendly and the first doctor visit my daughter didn’t cry at! Being from out of town I was nervous seeing someone new but the staff and doctor were amazing and the shortest wait time I’ve experienced!

I’ve seen Dr. Kerr the last few times Ive visited Premium Urgent Care and he’s always so great. He’s always been very understanding of my needs and concerns and is always so friendly. When I got covid back in February, he can tell I was scared and upset that I had it, but he reassured me that I’d get through it and made me feel better about my recovery process, and every time i’ve seen him since, he’s been just as reassuring in gaining my health back.
