Everything about Kaiser is against what I believe in when it comes to medical, but with that said, they have been nothing but professional and helpful with my children's medical services. I want free choice of Dr's and where I go, and that is not kaiser. But most Dr's I have dealt with in the kaiser system are very good.

Went in for my second round of shots for my son who got 3 today and 3 last week. RN Eric is the man. He cares and has a system to distract the child with YouTube and how to hold and be effective with quickness but safe. Need more RN's like him. Thank you

Tim in the pharmacy gets a gold star from me. Today he stopped my papers from going to someone else and I got home to find magnets and pens in my bag. It is the small things that make a big difference in a big company. Warfarin people and lab ladies (and one man) top class as well.
