They are pretty great there! Very caring, understanding, and respond quickly. I needed to speak with the Nurse Advise on the phone, she was great! She instructed me on what to do, which was very helpful because I was so stressed on my situation but, she reassured me that we were doing everything correctly.She also did a follow up with us to inform us other information we weren’t aware of. Totally a life saver! Thank you, Kaiser.

The wait times are excessive. It makes no difference if the doctor sends you directly, or if it's a refill, you're waiting a good while. With COVID precautions, there's not nearly enough seating. I still think they deserve credit, however. The wait isn't because they're slow or faulty, they are overwhelmed with customers.

Went in for my second round of shots for my son who got 3 today and 3 last week. RN Eric is the man. He cares and has a system to distract the child with YouTube and how to hold and be effective with quickness but safe. Need more RN's like him. Thank you
