DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Moving out of our home, we discovered that the fridge connection leaks if nothing is attached and our property management hired Budget Plumbing to fix. Made an appointment for Friday @ 3:30. No one showed up. By Monday, leak is getting worse. Budget Plumbing calls me apologizing for the no-show, schedules an appointment for that day and was told they would show 2:00 - 4:00. Once again, no one showed. UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL. Whoever runs this company needs to get their act together. All these 1-star reviews say it all...

The worst for years they sent the same man that couldn’t hear, barely walk to fix water leaks, plumbing issues and when he came he couldn’t find anything even though it was wet and leaking he said there was nothing wrong! The office is rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend they should be shut down

Had house sewer line back up. Could not use bathroom facilities nor kitchen sink and washer. Called plumber at 8 am. helper took message. Told her I would not be home until noon. Would be ok for them to come after 1 pm. Helper said she would pass information along. Waited all afternoon, called some 5 times between 1-5pm either go answering, that a Nancy would return call or phone would just ring with no answer or indicated message box full, or a male phone came on and said leave message.
