“This is an addendum to my previous review. The night after the trees were trimmed, one of the trees that had lights in it did not light up. Also, several of the lights had been dislodged and were hanging down from the branches. I notified Mike, and he was sympathetic and responsive. The day after I notified him, he sent a handyman to fix the lights and reposition them in the tree. In this time when companies sometimes “hit and run”, Mike was there for me. Accidents happen. He was responsible and fixed the problem promptly. This is the kind of company you want to deal with.“
