“We called Frank last year for our annual ant problem after losing our previous pest control company to a merger. He came out the next day, sprayed our house perimeter and we didn't see another ant indoors for the rest of the year. They are attracted to our cats' food. Called him again this year. He answers the phone himself and came out the same afternoon to do apply the spray. I pay him by Zelle and everyone is happy!“

“I have been using Pestmed services since early 2022 for ants in my home and have been very happy with the results. We had pretty bad ant problem in June 2022 after moving into a new home. I had tried various off the shelf sprays and bait traps but no luck. Learnt about Pestmed through google search and after going through their customer reviews and took the chance.<br><br>Results were excellent, we literally went from not being able to keep food/fruits on island even for an hour due to ants to being able to food/fruits kept in open for days without worrying.<br><br>To be safe, we do use their service every 6 months as we also have small patio with garden as well our home is adjoining other homes thus eventually after a period of 6-7 months we do start seeing ants slowly trying to creep in.<br><br>Overall staff is very responsive and clearly communicates on the day of pest control via text so you can plan accordingly and are not left hanging.<br><br>Even though I may have used their service 5-6 times, we only had issue once post service and Pestmed was quick to schedule and do a complimentary pest control in the infected area within 30 days of service.“

“I recommend this company for fast, friendly, professional service for an eco-friendly termite treatment at a reasonable price.<br><br>I noticed drywood termite infestations in two areas of my home. I have two hospice patients as well as pet birds, dogs, and cats, so tenting was going to be logistically impossible for us.<br><br>I called Pacific Coast Termite Inc. They scheduled one of their technicians to stop by in a few days. Rob was very thorough with his inspection. Pedro and Saul stopped by for treatment the following week (total time from calling to treatment was less than two weeks).<br><br>The office staff and field technicians were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. The technicians were prepared with boot covers (we are a shoe-free home).<br><br>I did not need to relocate my hospice patients or animals. I feel reassured that the materials are non-toxic to humans and pets. “I had a fumigation performed by Best Care this past weekend. From the initial contact with them through to picking up the key to return to my home, my experience was excellent. Starting at the beginning of the process, I called and asked to speak with someone who could help me understand the prep work required for a fumigation. I ended up speaking with Don, who patiently answered my questions and educated me on the process. Don also volunteered to come to my house and walk through the interior/exterior and tell me what could be done to achieve optimal results. Thank you Don - it was great to meet you in person! When the crew arrived on fumigation day, they were friendly and efficient. 4-5 people showed up and immediately began to tent my house. They took care to not damage the gutters, roof and solar panels - as I had highlighted to Don during our walk-through. I returned to the house a couple of days later to find my house locked, windows closed, the key hidden where we agreed to hide it, and the Notice allowing me to re-enter posted on the front door. The plants were in good shape, and the gutters, roof and solar panels were also in good shape. Overall, the property was left clean and tidy. I learned Best Care Fumigation does 10-20 fumigations per day, which equates to 50 a week, ~200 a month, and ~2,400 a year (using 10 fumigations per day as the basis). They have the knowledge, skills and abilities to fumigate your house efficiently and effectively.
