Daniella only hires the most competent and professional people so negative reviews missing details or sound weird I side eye.. and so should you! Mia, Jesse, Alma, Mary I’ve had services from all of them and always perfection. BUT.. They can’t work magic, give you a new hair texture you don’t have, change you completely/ make you look like something you aren’t - all my haircuts/highlights/haircolor- my families haircuts etc. have always been top notch! I don’t believe for one second that the salon wouldn’t fix a mistake truly their fault- there are cheap A$$es that get their hair done walk out saying they LOVE IT, then go home and then try to come back and complain to get money back.. nope.. not buying it for one second .. dyed hair has to be taken care of a certain way, you have to do the maintenance at home or yes.. it will look like dog $hi&“

“I had kind of a weird situation I needed help with. I have just barely been coming out of major depressive episode that has lasted around a year, meaning I severely neglected my hair for just as long as it had gotten so matted I couldn't do anything with it myself.:.. it was like one big dreadlock. Johnny was very kind and accommodating. He offered up an appointment time that worked with my schedule and would give us enough time to see if he could untangle it or do the cut if needed. It was too far gone to be saved completely, so Johnny did what he could to cut off the mat while keeping as much length as possible. He provided a comfortable and safe space for me to communicate with him in. It's very shor nowt, but manageable and most importantly healthy. I'm very grateful to him for the experience when I was in such a vulnerable position.“
