Jaime and Jimmy are great. Jimmy is learning all the small details from his Dad. Jaime went out of his way to fix our freezer (drainage path was blocked). But in doing so had to remove the drawer. They took extra time to properly seal the drain and lubricate the drawer slides and more. They had to deal with some debris and clean-up as well. Great job guys!
Outstanding experience -- he returned my initial call (when a wine frig died) quickly. He appeared quickly. And when I made it clear I was eager to get it fixed quickly, he figured out how to get a rush order in place for my replacement compressor -- and then came on Labor Day to replace the unit. 6 stars out of 5.
