I was referred by Posh Nails because they were super busy and I had already scheduled an apt. I arrived at Super Nails, the owner immediately greeted me and guided me to the pedi area. He greeted me by name since the other shop had called him (so this shop is the husband's the other one is his wife's). They weren't super busy at that time, so within 10mins someone approached me, her name Tina. I showed her the design I wanted and she went to work. Shortly after another lady came to work on my feet. Customer after customer came in and one lady was upset about her eyelashes, she claimed to have been waiting since 1pm. So Tina stopped working on my nails and went to help her. After myy pedi was finished (which btw was great!) I was asked to move to another station. I get it. No biggie, the place is full by now. I patiently waited for about 10mins and Tina came back. She shaped and buffed my nails, added the polish and Voila, super cute nails. The only reason they get 4stars is because they left me because another customer was mad, if I would've threw a fit would they have finished w me 1st? Will I come back? Hell yes!! It was a Friday and I get the chaos. Plus they were very nice.
