Says it opens at 10am and no one is here.. what's the point of having hours on the door? They do great work but this is not the first time I've waited.. let's get it together..

Really like the first time, but she constantly misses a lot of hair and always have to remind her that she missed some hairs.I get eyebrow and upper lip if it wasn't for that I would really love it.
