“I have been going to this clinic since I was 15 years old. I've had my child through this office. I use every department they have. Out of all of them, Marie in the medical department is by far my absolute favorite. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She's always the first one to hear something going on and want to help or find an answer or get something done for you. She's seriously one of my favorite parts about coming to this office. It's nice to have someone go above and beyond and greet you with a smile and truly care. I will continue to go to this clinic, especially whiles she's there.“

“Grace Family Care is awesome, and they have multiple locations, Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula that I’m aware of. I do prefer the Murrieta location because it’s more convenient. However if you go to temecula, it’s tricky to find, you have to go to suite 102B which is also the Temecula Urology Clinic. I always request to see Tiffiny Kauffman because she is Amazing, she takes her time to understand any health concerns I have, she shows genuine interest for my health and orders any tests/specialist referrals I may need. Her bedside manner comes naturally she is kind and listens. I would highly recommend Grace Family Health.“

“Took Mom here for a callus removal. Dr was nice and efficient. Staff was pleasant. I was reluctant at first, due to prior reviews. Mom's doctor sent us here on referral. We had a good experience. Glad I didn't get to caught up, in the other reviews. We will go here again, if and as needed.“

“Rancho Family Medical Group is my best experience yet with a medical group. I was with my previous Dr. for 25 years and was very disastisfied with constant changes with P.A's and being sent to urgent care because my dr. was on vacation. Rancho Family has a large network of offices and their own urgent care and all of my information is networked. I love Dr. Rahman, who takes time to listen to me and answer my questions. The offices are all clean and I never wait more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Rancho Family Medical Group.“

“The receptionist Jannette (I don't know if I spelled it right), is so helpful and informational. She's super sweet and really puts her care towards patients.

Megan is also super kind and really puts patients first. I had to call to switch up referrals and without denying me like multiple other clinics when I had discrepancies, she did it immediately over the phone.

Dr. Robert Mcdonald is an amazing doctor. Super comedic, knows how to make patients comfortable. He is super informative and really puts the care needed to his patients. I'm thankful for this clinic, it's really assisted me in my treatment.“

“They moved offices and are now located on Rancho Ca Rd near Baron's. They have not updated the address on any website and someone failed to tell me, and a few other patients today, causing us to show up at the old location. Phone lines are still down. Just posting this in hopes of saving someone the time and frustration.“
