“I began working out with Elisa several months after a severely broken arm and subsequent surgery left me feeling extremely out of shape and broken. I have a long history as an athlete, including in college and in my 20s and early 30s, but had been very sedentary since having my three children. Although she teaches a class with others, she will provide individualized attention to each person. She is so warm and kind. I can't recommend her enough! Second, I love the feel of this studio. “The Lotus Method has a great offering for pregnant, and post natal women (although they seem to have several clients that just keep coming long after having a baby because they enjoy it). The workouts are tailored to your fitness level/capabilities and your stage of pregnancy. I've been doing both personal training and group classes there for 7 months now and have been so happy to have challenging workouts to build strength while pregnant, in a safe way. I've always felt like the exercises have been thoughtfully selected to help prepare for / manage through the physical changes of pregnancy, and the instructors are great. Shoutout to Ashley and Chris, who are both wonderful. The Lotus Method also has a nice community of members that are all super friendly. Highly recommend :)“

“I found my place! I dislike gyms but really needed to step up my physical activity. The program is quick and you get a great workout in 30 mins. The staff and coaches are so nice and you feel very comfortable around others that are in the same shape as you. Not a competitive vibe at all. All women. I love how they mix up the routine so it's not predictable and boring. And I sign up for classes so there's accountability. They are willing to discuss a calorie plan and diet tips as well. Love my new gym!!!“
“Very good place to exercise. Scott is always giving a different set of exercises so you always work out all the muscles. There is outdoor classes and zoom classes. I enjoy a lot going to the classes. And during these pandemic times he is ensuring safety amongst the students and providing sanitizers for each station. It's been great!“

“Nadia is such a competent trainer, keeping my workouts varied and challenging in just the right way. I have injuries that she competently works around, keeping me training hard enough to strengthen me, but not hurt me. I like the facility, everything I need there, and centrally located for easy gym runs when the mood/time strikes. She mixes science based testing to help me gauge my progress. I am doing really well at this gym. I highly recommend her for all ages.“

“After driving by this gym for the past 2 years, I finally joined. It is an amazing gym. It feels more like a beautiful wellness center. The owner is so nice, along with the staff. “Bay Club Ross Valley is run by a great team, there are three pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and lots of activities, including a fire pit and area to eat or hang out. The pickle ball open play is a great way to find games and meet people, they also have clinics for all levels, and the courts are well maintained. Love that there is a kid’s pool area and summer camps, and an area for adult swimming which is separate.“

New equipment like slam balls and resistance bands have hit the floor. Close to my house and they have a sauna. Bay club compilation 1… stay tuned for more. It’s a gym people secrete juices all over and it never gets cleaned. So foul.Update: found socks in the sauna from yesterday. Update 2.13.24 : have forgotten to turn sauna on everyday for a week. See new pictures.“
“I recommend Sara, I have been working with her for about a year now, I have the normal aches and pains that come with age and Sara takes such good care of me so I don't get hurt. I feel the best I have felt in years. My back has gotten strong. I'm able to lift more with our getting hurt. My core strength has improved so much. She is very pleasant to work with and she brings her dog to work which is wonderful.“
