“Everyone else seems to be having a very different experience, but my family and myself have had a very easy time making appts, walking in to get seen last min, the front desk gals aren't SUPER bubbly, but you try working with the general public when they're in perfect health, let alone feeling sick/hurt/in pain/grumpy.
