When it comes to fearful patients my picture should be next to those 2 words. This practice does more than take care of your teeth! I stayed away from dentists for far to many years because of a bad visit! The office staff are beyond amazing, knowing my fear, I felt as if they took that seriously, and calmed my anxieties! By answering any questions I had, as well as explaining procedures needed. I'll never go anywhere else! Dr. Valle has me leaving her office with a smile! And that is hard to do!! Thanks a .illion for the services you provide! Professional, caring - hands down the best staff and dentist you can find!!

Called a ton of places in the area looking for someone who accepts Medi-cal and ended up here. Scheduled appointments for my partner and I. He hadn't been to a dentist in years so he was nervous. First appointment went really well. He actually liked the place and said the staff was really nice. My first appointment went the same way. He needed some teeth pulled and a teeth cleaning and has already gone for his second appointment. He was under the impression that the teeth cleaning was next but went in and was surprised to find they were pulling teeth.. which he wasn't prepared for. They asked which side he wanted done and he told them the right side... they ended up pulling a few teeth from the left side... which he didn't want because that was the good side of his mouth that didn't cause as much discomfort. He doesn't know where or why the confusion happened. He didn't get a teeth cleaning like he thought was going to happen. They did not sew the gums up where the teeth were pulled and didn't prescribe and sort of medicine.. basically just said good luck. We both have another appointment in a little over a month and are both hesitant to go now. As for everything else.. for the most part they work fast. One appointment between the two of us took over an hour to even get in the chair. The place is older but fairly clean for what it is. Incredibly small though...

We (my 3 daughters and I) had been going here for about 2 years. About a month ago I scheduled appointments for my 3 daughters and my step daughter who would be a new patient. One of them had a filling (done by Dr. Valle) that had come out so her appointment was scheduled for the same week while the other girls who only needed regular exam/cleanings would be a few weeks out. When we showed up for the appointment we were told we would need masks. Considering mask mandates have been lifted for several months now (even in airports) I was surprised. We have even been there without masks since mandates were lifted over a year ago, so it was just very odd that this was an issue at this point. When I told the receptionist we didn't have any she said not even in your car? I gave a little laugh (because why would we have them in the car when they aren't required anywhere anymore) and said no. She told me there was a store across the street and I could go buy some. I told her I wasn't going to do that but if she would like to supply them we would wear them. She stated she had none to give (You KNOW they have boxes of them because dental staff wears them regardless of whether there is a "pandemic" or not) so I told her it sounded like we would just need to find a new dentist then so please cancel all appointments related to my family. She said ok and we left. Now here ww are about a month later and I am still receiving texts and phone calls with appointment reminders. Today was the third phone discussion I had with them reminding them that we are no longer patients of theirs and all appointments should have been cancelled. The second time we had this conversation she told me, with a hint of snarkiness, that our account had been flagged with a note that Dr. was dropping us as patients for refusing to wear masks so it's quite comical (yet annoying) that they are still contacting me to confirm appointments. The new patient I was bringing would have earned them thousands alone as she needs a fair amount of work done. Hope it was worth the .20 worth of masks they refused to provide. We are very happy with our new, mask free, dentist.
