“Moshe (owner) oversaw a complete renovation (electrical re-wiring, kitchen renovation, recessed lighting, wall hvac, plumbing, flooring, etc.) of a rental unit in historic Harvard Heights area (central Los Angeles). Moshe patiently ran through ideas with me until we had an agreed vision of the end product. I later had some adjustments; Moshe never once lost his patience. He urged me to meet in person at critical stages in the project to go through completed work and explain next steps. He took videos and photos to keep me abreast when I was not able to meet (I live in SF.) He addressed the wrinkles that came up (inevitably) head on and quickly resolved. He is a great listener and communicator.
