Simon and his crew remained dedicated to helping us navigate everything and did incredible work at every stage of the job. What amazed me the most is how quickly his teams are able to do the work without ever compromising the quality or level of workmanship at all. “My bath tub was leaking into the ceiling below me. I was having trouble with the insurance company and my neighbors were being inconvenienced. Oren helped me navigate the insurance company and everyone at HouseRus provided great customer service and was patient. When they began the work they arrived on time and worked all day. They covered my floors and were very clean. The tile work was beautiful and the tub alined perfectly. The vanity and medicine cabinets were installed as I requested. I love my new bathroom! “What can I say? I bought a house that was in need of a pretty decent overhaul inside and in the garage. Lee and NextDoor not only came in with a very reasonable bid, but a much better timeline than any other contractor -- and she kept to it.She has a team that works nonstop. I'm talking nights and weekends, which I've never seen before from contractors. She is on-site once a day, at least, if not more. There isn't a day she isn't coming by to examine the work her team does. Everything happens fast, fast, fast, which helped because we were paying rent and mortgage, while work was being done.We're very happy with how the house turned out - especially our new kitchen! My budget didn't allow me to do all I wanted to do, but for the money I did have, Lee and her team did great work.As soon as I save enough, I'll be calling her back to do more!“

“Needed our roof completely replaced and called American Roofing Pro. Don't hesitate -- fantastic experience overall.Before starting, we got 5 different quotes. American Roofing Pro was the first quote we got because Shawn called back quickly and came over the next day to take measurements. He did a great job communicating and explaining everything we needed done and didn't nickel and dime you (such as charging per layer removal). Can't say that for the other quotes I got -- American Roofing Pro ended up being the lowest quote by far for a company that is bonded and insured. Should have stopped our search earlier!During the job, the guys who were working on the house were so nice and respectful, always cleaned up after each day. We also requested they install a skylight in one of our bathrooms and they were able to completely install it for a small fee.Overall this was one of the first major repairs we did on our house and didn't know what to expect. “I recently worked with Encore Builders on a front yard project, and I must say they delivered. Oz and Brandon were there every step of they way .My front yard is on a hillside and the driveway is kind of steep. The surrounding grass was looking sad and we wanted something a little more convenient and comfortable. I knew I wanted steps but I had no idea how it would look and fit the space. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Encore Builders was their use of a 3D designer to bring our vision to life. I am a little old fashioned and quite a stranger to all these technological advances but Oz suggested we work with a 3D designer to create draw up some imaging. They sent over their lovely designer who instantly pulled out her laptop and showed us some similar projects. I already liked what I was seeing. She recommended artificial grass and diagonal steps. The 3D imaging looked great and by then I was pretty set on getting the project rolling. I selected the grass type with Oz and asked them to start as soon as possible. Within a few days we were able to get the ball rolling and the job really only took a few days. The price was definitely lower than we expected and the results look even better than the design.The process of working with the 3D designer was great. Brandon and Oz were also great. Truly everyone on this team is great. I’m really happy with the color and liveliness of the grass. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner. The steps are much more convenient than the little hill driveway and the whole fam is pretty impressed. Encore Builders took the time to understand our preferences - nothing was rushed. The option for 3D design allowed us to envision the work without having to commit. It helped relieve the pressure a little bit since Im not used to these types of renovations.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Encore Builders highly enough for any landscaping work. I also recommend the use of 3D design to anyone who doesn’t want to jump right in to a project. Dont let other companies pressure you. Although this is an additional step in the process it is a great tool and gives you an idea of a final result.“
