MC did our kitchen and master bath renovation a couple months ago and turned our very dated and dingy rooms into spaces we love. Our point of contact was Mike and he was great at communicating the game plan, we knew exactly what to expect each day - who was showing up, when and what for - and he was easy to reach when we had questions. The crews who did the work were awesome, always on time, friendly, and neat - and dang they work hard. They cleaned up really well at the end of each day - which was huge since we lived in the house through the renovation. We had put off doing a renovation because we have dogs and I work from home, but we shouldn't have - it was easy to move around the house to find a quiet space when needed and to get our dogs in and out of their safe space. Overall, we're thrilled with the results and look forward to using MC again for our next project.“

“We first hired Steve and crew to replace a fence on the side of our house, and get rid of a planter and pour concrete to increase the size of the driveway. One of Steve's employees/subcontractors named Dean did the work. He did an amazing job. Super detail oriented, and organized throughout the job. It pretty much came out perfect.Since we were so impressed with this job, we hired Steve again to do some concrete and stucco repair work on the house then paint the exterior. Our house had many cracks, so it was a decent sized job. There were some issues with the visibility of the crack repairs, so Steve came in and redid the stucco on large portions of the house at no cost to us. We were very impressed by this responsiveness. “Great experience with Geo. I was going to have him do 2 jobs: fix a bathroom faucet and replace a ceiling fan that I thought was not working properly. He arrived on time and fixed the faucet quickly, then discovered what the problem was with the fan, so it didn't need replacing after all. He could've tricked me and given me a bunch of BS but he didn't. He was honest and charged me a fair price. Very pleasant to work with. I recommend him!“

“Moshe (owner) oversaw a complete renovation (electrical re-wiring, kitchen renovation, recessed lighting, wall hvac, plumbing, flooring, etc.) of a rental unit in historic Harvard Heights area (central Los Angeles). Moshe patiently ran through ideas with me until we had an agreed vision of the end product. I later had some adjustments; Moshe never once lost his patience. He urged me to meet in person at critical stages in the project to go through completed work and explain next steps. He took videos and photos to keep me abreast when I was not able to meet (I live in SF.) He addressed the wrinkles that came up (inevitably) head on and quickly resolved. He is a great listener and communicator. Moshe understood the assignment: a cost efficient renovation that would be done with permits and city inspections and a finished unit that would retain its unique features. All the workers, from the painters to the cabinet installers to the plumbers to the electrician were great in their interactions with me and did a terrific job! “We came to Webuild Home Efficient with remodeling projects for two bathrooms and they have delivered results above and beyond what we were looking for. We started with a tiny bathroom where our plan was to replace a clawfoot bathtub with a shower. The Webuild Home Efficient team helped us in selecting the best materials that suited our taste and worked with the size of the space. In addition to building a gorgeous shower, they took great care in detailing the floors outside the bathroom to blend them beautifully from the hallway to the connecting rooms. The second bathroom came with a surprise reveal of several leaking water pipes and drains that were found to be connected to the adjacent laundry room. They quickly provided an option to help redo the laundry room, giving us two beautiful rooms that maximize our space.
