“I wanted to say thank you to Natalie! Got so lucky with trying her out! She has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable. I went to see her for "pilates" as I have worked with other studios. She immediately got me sized up and we have taken some great training she has and put it to amazing use for my "body." She has some great techniques for pain, training and strength. I have been so fortunate to find her! She is a boutique studio with many ideas to fix many issues! More than just pilates!!!!!!
