Mom wasn't mobile at the time, and Darlene and the Golden Care team went overboard to find enough helpers to allow her to be at home. Darlene was also an incredible resource for information about at-home care - from the supplies we needed to which items of "durable medical equipment" we should request from the hospital based on insurance coverage. She even went out of her way to be there when PT and OT providers came so that her caregivers could help mom do the exercises in between visits. She was also incredibly responsive and accommodating even when our plans shifted multiple times. I can't recommend Darlene and the GC team strongly enough.“
