Regarding the Botox and the overall result, I’m very happy with everything. Honestly, even back in Ukraine I don’t think I ever received as much attention and explanation from a cosmetologist as I did from Olga during my first appointment. I absolutely loved her approach, especially the part with the iPad where she showed me the injection points and exactly how many units of Botox would go into each area.

I came in with overfilled lips and was feeling really self-conscious, but the Jordanne immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. She took the time to assess everything carefully, explained a clear plan, and recommended dissolving the unwanted filler. She was incredibly kind, caring, and gentle throughout the whole process, which made such a difference because I was quite nervous.
