I have been a regular here for a couple of years and was usually happy because of the quick service (gel mani and pedi in under an hour is great when you are busy). I would see anyone and they were usually very nice to me. However, the other day I was in, someone different was doing my pedicure and they seemed to be talking about me in another language, asking me questions about an injury on my ankle and why my foot was swollen in between. The man at the front, who is super nice, seemed like he was telling them to stop. Even if my intuition is incorrect, it is still not the vibe I'm looking for when trying to relax. I don't think I will be going back.

This was the worst experience that I have ever had a a nail salon. There customer service was absolutely terrible. I don't know how they even stay in business. I had to go to another salon to have my nails fixed! I would give zero stars if I could!!!

Paid $95 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure and it chipped on multiple nails within 2 days! Usually when I get gel, the color looks great and lasts and doesn’t chip unless I’m very active. I’ve done nothing but my office job for the past two days, so why are my nails chipping? I could have paid for regular nail polish at this rate.... will not be going back!Services: Manicures
