I won't be returning however, due to the fact that the instruments that were used were likely not sanitized. The tech pulled them out of a drawer (not wrapped), and the nail files were worn and obviously used on many other clients which she pulled from her apron pocket. Upon checkout it was requested that next time I pay cash or Venmo for the tip. Yes, I understand they have to pay fees but I gave well over 20% tip to offset that and she still made that request.
