This was my first time at this location. I recently moved and was looking for a nail salon closer to home. This Salon was exceptional. Their customer service, patients, quality of work is amazing, and unmatched by any other. They their time and don't rush through the process. They make sure the quality of work is A+ and nothing less. I forsure will be coming back and be a repeated customer. They don't just try to sell you, they honestly tell you what's in your best interest, and everyone's nails and needs are different. Nathan is the best! He creates the perfect manicure, long or short. In fact, all the Zela Nails staff are the best in Elk Grove. There always so great here. It's clean and the employees are amazing. They have a minimum when using your card. Got my eyebrows done and she asked if it was ok to charge an extra $2 for my eyebrows. I said sure and I'll be back with the tip because I didn't have cash. She said oh after your done at the store come back and pay. I did just that. Love how she trusted me to come back.
