“AMPT is, without a doubt, the best gym I've ever been apart of. There are so many things to love about this place, and it all stems from the owners, Bryan and Roni, who have built an incredible gym that consistently checks all my boxes: enhancing my strength, mobility, and weight loss goals, in a fun, genuine, and non-intimidating environment.I initially went to AMPT seeking 1:1 training; but the semi-private group classes were actually better. It's the perfect balance of working out independently and at your own pace, while having a trainer with consistent and personal guidance throughout your workout.This is a place for all fitness levels: Young, young at heart, athletes, beginners, and everyone in-between. Also, if you have specific issues, there are always modifications given or other exercises you can do to get the job done.The facility is clean, spacious, and provides a wide variety of workout options like barbell work, dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, sleds, and of course using your own body weight. There's basically something here for every taste and preference, and plenty of classes to fit into busy schedules.I simply cannot say enough about this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone with a fitness goal or for those who just need extra support to help keep them accountable, motivated, and inspired.“
