Came from the Bayarea to get Balayage for my daughter , recommended by my sister who lives in Elkgrove. She did a great job , loved the color being the first time. She’s very patient and very professional, only drawback was I had an appointment for 2:00pm she had my daughter at 3:00pm, just wish she follows through the appointment time fixed. My daughter was happy when she curled her hair. Thank you , Lynn.

I went to Lynn after reading the reviews. My experience was not great so hopefully by sharing this you will have a glimpse into the salon. I called for an appointment and Lynn booked me on the same day with her. I showed up at that time and waited for over 30 minutes. The salon itself is a flashback from the 80's with old sun bleached hair style photos, very dated. Once I was in the chair, another appointment came in and she started to work on her as I sat in the chair for another 10 minutes. I get that stylists double book, but if you can't get color in or start on my appointment after waiting 30 minutes plus, you really shouldn't start on another appointment. Lynn works hard, she is answering the phone, working on two people at once, while the other two sit and chat in the back corner. She is sweet, personable, very hard to understand and didn't give me the color I asked for even with a photo which was the same color I had...The haircut was fine, not great but it was needed. She was very interested in taking photos of the end product. The place is very messy and dirty, there is hair on every product on her table and the bathroom isn't much better so even if it is a deal, I will not be going back.
