“Neel's showed up at 8:45 in the morning and I had a meeting at 9. I asked if they could give me about 15 minutes without noise and to let me know when they would make noise so I could mute my mic. Ash agreed and did his best to work with me. Ash and Nathan removed the old system and installed the new system with minimal mess and noise. These two guys got everything done by 1:30 pm! “* Updated from the below earlier review. Huft made it right! Christopher, from Huft, contacted me a few hours after leaving my review. He coordinated the fix to all of our issues before I was able to call him back. His service techs were out here for about 6 hours today installing a new furnace. Christopher even had their system updated to reflect my pre-payment of the labor extension plan. Fingers crossed that the new furnace will fix all the issues that this system has been having. Thank you Christopher and Huft for actually caring about your business and customers! We bought a brand new heater and AC from Huft 3 years ago and every season since then each system has gone out. This time they charged me for labor costs. I checked my old paperwork and I pre-paid $1,000 for 10 years of labor! They should have that on file and not have charged me. Now I have to contact them and try to get my labor costs back. I hate this new system. It's been nothing but issues since Huft installed it.“
