It is my pleasure to highly recommend Patterson Heating and Air. My heat went out, gave them a call, and 90 minutes later they were at my house and extending me excellent customer service. Technician Dave was courteous, professional, and literally spelled out all of my options concerning my furnace and air conditioning unit. The initial diagnosis was fast and concise. (I knew I had a professional in my home) The price was far and reasonable, and when it is time for me to have a new unit installed in my home, I will most definitely be calling Chris, at Patterson Heating and Air. When your AC goes out on a blazing hot day, you want a competent technician to repair it ASAP, and that is exactly what Chris Patterson did. I called 4 different AC repair companies and they were fully booked and could not come out for several days. When I called Chris, I left a message that I needed service as my unit went out of a 107 degree day. Within an hour, he said he was 10 minutes away!Despite the horrible heat, he quickly found the defective AC issues and explained what needed to be repaired.
