“I can't say enough great things about Chess fitness. Jen works with many professional athletes; however, it didn't matter to her that I wasn't one. I started at Chess Fitness around my 50th birthday. I was struggling to lose weight due to hormonal changes and was very frustrated about my overall health. I tried many things but was limited by a bad knee and shoulder. Jen fixed both injuries, modified my diet, and inspired me to get healthy. I have been with Jen and her team of trainers for seven years now and have never had the same routine twice, so the workouts are never boring! We work on strength, cardio, balance, coordination, flexibility, and mobility. They also have red light therapy and massage therapy provided by Stephanie (her massages are awesome!). The staff are polite and very knowledgeable and the gym has a ton of options for working out. My favorite part is that it’s open 24/7 so I can workout around my odd work schedule.“
