I met Mark and his team while they were installing a new unit at my neighbor's house and knowing my extremely picky neighbor, I decided I needed Mark and the team at my house as I'd been searching for someone to come out and change our filters and check the air ducts. He worked around MY schedule (which is unheard of!) and came out the following week. They filmed the air ducts and showed me how much they needed cleaning, which was my concern. I had them go ahead and do it for $2000 less than I was quoted by another company. They were extremely efficient and did a wonderful job. I also had filters changed, etc. Mark is extremely fair in his pricing and he wants to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with the job. “Lions Heating & Air Conditioning is a very reputable company! Kim and Shelly, in the front office, quickly responded to my request repairing our leaking HVAC ducts on the flat portion of our roof. Due to the recent heavy rains, we experienced leaking, streams of water from the air vents in our house. Jorge and Carla came within two days to inspect and give an estimate of the repair. A very fair price to repair the extensive duct work was approved on site. Days later, they arrive on time and quickly began fixing and using a water based “mastic” to seal the ducts! Jorge even noticed that the “flaps” on the ducts were not locked into the proper position and fixed that for us! We highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning! “I recently obtained the services of the Lions team to clean my HVAC and ducts after reviewing a few other companies. In my initially contact I found their administrators to be very helpful, informative, and were quick to check on questions they didn't know the answer too. Their prices are competitive to the other companies I called. After getting the details I arranged an inspection, and the team of Kevin and David offered great professional advice on how to go forward (as most of my ducts have fiberglass inside, and they were the ones to identify that and mention the concerns for cleaning). Eventually I hired them for the work. Even though my first appointment had to be rescheduled because of unforeseen issues. The tech and Lions team in general provided great communication and we quickly rescheduled. When they arrived at the new appointment time both techs were incredibly helpful, professional, clean (wearing booties in the house), and provided great service. They went beyond the scope to detail clean my intake vent cover, as I hadn't noticed how weathered/dirty it became. I received pictures of the before and after of the blower and the interiror of the HVAC unit to show the work done since getting on the roof is very high. Both Kevin and David's professionalism is some of the best contractor/techs that I have experienced since living in Los Angeles.
